Icing Cake on a Plate

Out-smart the cleverest baker with this cheeky tip. To avoid making a mess of your pretty plate when icing, place a small sheet of baking paper underneath the cake. When finished icing, gently pull out the paper for a drip-free plate. Beautiful!
